Advice on setting up a bakery

Learn the ins and outs of creating a bakery from scratch. I started Hobz from my small flat. All I had was an RM2020 and a fridge. No mixers or proofers. I mixed everything by hand, baked every single loaf, and sold them myself at markets before opening a bricks and mortar shop in 2022. We’ve now been going strong for over two years, and have gained valuable insights into the reality of running a microbakery vs. an actual bakery.

Throughout our experience running Hobz, I’ve definitely made a huge number of mistakes, all of which have allowed us to grow and become better at what we do. Through a consultation, you can avoid making these mistakes and fast track your way to a functioning bakery.
